In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), the text of which can be found at the U.S. Copyright Office website at copyright.gov, SnapMind will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using SnapMind that are reported to our designated copyright agent.

1. Notification of Claimed Infringement

If you believe that material on SnapMind infringes your copyright, please send a notice to our DMCA Designated Agent that includes the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

• A signature (physical or electronic) of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail to allow us to locate it on the SnapMind service.
• Your contact information: name, address, phone, and email.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

4. Repeat Infringers

SnapMind AI LLC has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages. Do not submit false claims.
