Import any way you have it: a spreadsheet, a PDF, or a photo/screenshot of your schedule. Or use More → Paste a list or link to paste text or a schedule URL. SnapMind reads it, pulls out the events, and you review before importing.

Team materials
Film
Post weekly cutups, position-group breakdowns and scout film, and link each one to a game if you like. Players see what's assigned to them.
Recruiting profiles
Athletes write their own page, you check it and approve it, then a parent signs off by email. Only then does it go live. Lifts and testing come straight from what your staff recorded, and you confirm height, weight and class year yourself before the page can go live, so nothing on the page is self-reported. Turn the program page on or off in Team Setup, Features.
Custom forms
Build forms for medical updates, waivers, exit surveys, concussion acknowledgements. Send to all or a subset, add a signature field for e-sign, set a due date, and track who's completed each one (each form shows how many are done and an Overdue tag after the due date).
Volunteer signups
Fill spots like concessions, chain crew and hospitality by sharing the public link by text or email. Volunteers don't need a parent account.
Paperwork
Track who's turned in required paperwork, physical, concussion form, waiver, etc. (the forms players hand in to you or the school office). This is just for you; players don't fill anything out here.
Tap a box to mark it received. Tap again to undo. Anyone still missing something gets a red flag on the roster. No dates needed unless something expires (like a physical). For that, use "Mark several at once → more options."
Import a workout from a photo
Snap a photo of your whiteboard or paper sheet, drop in a PDF/screenshot, or paste the workout. SnapMind reads it and turns it into a day on your workout program below.
Workout program
Build the workout your team logs each day. Add days (Monday, Tuesday…) and drop in exercises with sets & reps, or use Import a workout from a photo above. Players see it in the app and log right against it.
Lifts we track
Define which lifts your team tracks. Players log their performances; leaderboards generate automatically.
Leaderboards
Season stats
Every game stat your staff has logged, added up for the season. Open a game on the Calendar and tap Stat sheet to enter or import one. Click a column to sort by it.
Playing time
How much of the season each athlete actually got, worked out from the stat sheets your staff have already filled in. Set a minimum under Settings and anyone below it is marked here.
Recent logs
Travel
Away tournaments with the hotel block, itinerary and room list in one place, and a receipt for every family: who has opened it, who has booked, and who needs a nudge before the cutoff.
Staff
Credentials
SafeSport, background checks and concussion training, for everyone on your staff. Put the expiry date on each one and this page tells you who is about to lapse, before a tournament gate does.
Your account
This is how your name shows to your team, in messages, announcements, and the staff list. Set it to whatever players and parents should see, for example "Coach Smith".
Coach and athlete messaging
Every one-to-one message between a coach and an athlete is recorded and visible to program administrators in the log below. Programs that follow a two-adult communication rule can turn one-to-one messages off entirely; team channels and announcements keep working.
Communication log
All direct message conversations on this team. Click one to read it.
Program branding
Upload your program's logo and cover image. Your accent color is pulled automatically from the logo. This branding shows up across the coach console, player app, and registration pages.
Team settings
Facilities
The places you play: fields, gyms, rinks, pools and courts. Add them once and every event picks one from the list instead of somebody typing the name again in a new spelling. If your program is part of an organization, this is the organization's list, and the organization calendar tells a director when two teams are booked into the same place at the same time.
Add a facility
Season
Games, stats and fees all belong to a season. Starting the next one keeps this one exactly as it is, saves who was on the roster, and opens an empty fee list. Nothing is deleted, and you can look back at any season from the Season table and the Fees tab.
Start next season
Playing time
The share of the season you want every athlete to reach. The Playing time table under Strength marks anyone below it, so you see it before a parent asks. Leave this blank and nothing is marked.
Positions, stats and measurables
Every sport arrives with a standard list. If your program runs something else, add it here or take out what you never use. Everyone on your program sees the same list, in the app and on the web.

Give SnapMind to another program
Know a coach who'd want this? Send them your link. When their program signs up through it, it's credited to you.
Text alerts
Get a text message when you receive a new message or announcement, on top of the in-app notification. Coaches only.
Booster club
Add booster parents and set roles (head / leadership / member). "Set Up Channels" creates and syncs the three booster channels in Messages: Announcements (head posts, all read), Booster Board (leadership only), Fundraising Chat (all members).
Permissions
Features
Turn features on or off for your whole program, app and web. Off means players and coaches stop seeing that feature until you turn it back on.
Team join code
Existing SnapMind users can join with this code. New players use Registration links.
Custom groups
Create groups like "Captains" or "Travel Squad" to filter the roster and target broadcasts.
Film platform
Set the team's primary film URL here. Players get a Film button in their app that opens this link. You can also attach film to calendar events or post weekly film under Materials. The current value lives in Team Settings → Hudl URL above.
