Beginner Program · Women

Beginner Program · Men

Cleans, squats, presses and pulls with the same daily warm-up and finisher. Sets and reps step up after week one, so the fourth week is a real test of the first.

Equipment: a barbell and rack, dumbbells, a band. About 50 minutes a day.

His movement videos are attached to the exercises in the app.

A real coach, with real capacity.

$199 a month, cancelled any time in the app. Coaching is a person, not a library, so it includes:

  • A plan written for you and adjusted week to week, with the reason for every change shown in your app
  • A weekly check-in that Coach Napper reads and answers
  • Private messages, answered within two business days
  • Form-video review with written or recorded feedback
  • A monthly video session, booked in the app
  • Nutrition targets set with a reason, and a meal plan if you want one

Good fit: you can train three to five days a week and want someone to own the plan. Not a fit: you need medical supervision, or a same-day reply guarantee.

Capacity is limited and shown in the app. When Coach Napper is full, you can join the waitlist from the same screen.

You can train on his programs without being coached.

Free gets you the weekly system and both beginner programs. Pro, $14.99 a month or $99 a year, adds his full library, challenges and plan tools. Neither includes private messages; that is coaching. When a free or Pro lesson would benefit from feedback, the app offers coaching once and respects it when you say no.

Free on the App Store and Google Play.
