Use SnapMind in Claude or ChatGPT

Add SnapMind as a connector and ask about your clients in plain words. You sign in with the same trainer account you use in the app.

You need a SnapMind Training trainer account and a Claude or ChatGPT plan that lets you add custom connectors. The connector address is the same for both:

https://usesnapmind.com/mcp

Claude

  1. Open Claude and go to Settings, then Connectors.
  2. Choose Add custom connector.
  3. Name it SnapMind and paste https://usesnapmind.com/mcp as the URL. Leave the advanced settings empty.
  4. Choose Connect. Sign in with your SnapMind trainer account and choose Allow.
  5. In a chat, open the tools menu and make sure SnapMind is turned on.

On a Claude Team or Enterprise plan, an owner adds the connector for the organization first. After that, each trainer connects with their own SnapMind sign-in.

ChatGPT

  1. Open ChatGPT and go to Settings, then Apps and Connectors, then Advanced settings. Turn on Developer mode.
  2. Back in Apps and Connectors, choose Create.
  3. Name it SnapMind, paste https://usesnapmind.com/mcp as the URL and pick OAuth for authentication.
  4. Choose Create. Sign in with your SnapMind trainer account and choose Allow.
  5. In a chat, add SnapMind from the plus menu.

ChatGPT moves these settings from time to time. If a step looks different, look for developer mode and a way to add a connector by URL.

What to ask

Changes it can make

Most of what the connector does is read your clients and their plans. It can also save programs you describe. When you ask, it assigns a program week to a client or sends a client a message. Claude and ChatGPT ask you to approve each change before it happens, unless you told them to always allow it.

Assigning a program week replaces the sessions that are planned and not yet done in the seven days from the start date. Sessions your client already finished stay where they are. A message goes to your client right away, the same as one sent from the app.

Your clients' information

The connector signs in as you. It sees the clients you see in the app and nobody else's. What it reads is sent to the AI service you connected, which handles it under its own terms. If you would rather keep a client's details out of an AI service, do not connect, or remove the connector.

Every change made through the connector is recorded on your account.

Turning it off

Remove SnapMind from the connector list in Claude or ChatGPT. If you think someone else is using your connection, email support@usesnapmind.com and we will end it.
